The firm is currently led by partners Philip J. Snyder, AIA; Robert A. Shepard, AIA, LEED AP; and Jeffrey A. Kloetzer, AIA. Our fundamental goal is to assist each of our clients in realizing their project goals by: carefully assessing needs; developing responsive and cost conscious design solutions; applying appropriate new technologies; and by managing their projects superbly well.
Our team is made up of licensed architects, planners, and a core technical staff, many of whom have been with us for a decade or more. This continuity means we work as a responsive, highly skilled unit to carefully assess each client’s unique needs, develop responsive and cost-conscious design solutions, apply proven new technologies, usher the details through regulatory and stakeholder review, and manage the entire project from beginning to end as if we were crafting our own home or office.
