Cynthia Gardens

Constructed as infill housing on the corner of Hudson Street and Plymouth Avenue, Cynthia Garden Apartments are comprised of two buildings that house a total of eight affordable housing units. The site contains four two-bedroom and four three-bedroom units. 

A major consideration of the design was to maintain a scale appropriate with the neighboring residences. Stieglitz Snyder Architecture's design uses a gable and valler roof and common residential details to break down the mass of each structure.
