Henninger High School Renovation and Addition

Stieglitz Snyder Architecture is designing the renovation and addition to Henninger High School in Syracuse, NY. Major renovation items include adding windows to classrooms, reconfiguring the cafeteria into a 2-stories, and renovating the library and locker rooms. Originally, the district proposed building an addition to expand the cafeteria to support their growing student body. To maximize NYSED building aid, SSA suggested building a new Career Training Education wing instead and is proposing a 2-story cafeteria in the existing building to fit the district’s needs. The proposed addition also reconfigures the main entrance and administrative suite.
