The new development along Lee Road will provide quality housing that meets specific student needs and enhances the ambiance of the college campus experience. Of key importance is the preservation and improvement of green space on campus. The executed master plan design will create an environment that is user friendly, have an "urban flavor," and promote socialization by providing convenient, sheltered gathering spaces.
