The scope of work at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School included a new classroom wing, cafeteria expansion and various site improvements. Constructed at the north end, the new classroom wing totaling 15,000 square feet includes 10 classrooms, support space and a new gymnasium.

Another addition, which is not contiguous to the other, adds 3,725 sq. ft. to an existing cafeteria. New site work includes additional parking areas that run parallel to the west property line, new outdoor play area and the rehabilitation/renewal of existing landscaped areas and walking paths.
