Completed 2012
Alfred, NY

The scope of this project entailed a renovation of the Agriculture Science Building at Alfred State. The original structure, built in the 1970s, was redesigned to fit the needs of Alfred’s evolving campus. Our design transformed the building into a multi-functional facility that addressed both critical maintenance needs and the College’s mission to reduce the buildings environmental impact.

Additional academic space was allocated for Vet Tech programs, English and Humanities, and general classroom/lecture halls. New administrative space for Student Records, Financial Services, and Admissions were also designated in the design.
