Upon completion of a building conditions survey by Stieglitz Snyder Architecture, it was determined the Brockport school district required various immediate improvements throughout the School District. Cost estimates were prepared to determine the value of work and then presented to the community for approval by referendum. With a successful referendum, the Capital Improvements Project proceeded to include, athletic field reconstruction, parking lot and driveway reconstruction, masonry restoration, install wireless connectivity, indoor pool upgrades, auditorium improvements, selective roof replacement, selective window replacement, electrical improvements, mechanical improvements, selective interior finishes replacement, and a 2000 square foot library addition to one of the elementary schools.
